Q.I am writing a term paper about how gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is viewed in today's society. I know that I've read novels where a character has heartburn when under pressure, and the heartburn is used almost as a metaphor for the stresses of adult life. But now that I need to find specific examples, I can't think of any except Aral Vorkosigan in Lois McMasters Bujold's books, and that doesn't really count since it is set far in the future.... Anyone read a book lately where a character has heartburn lyrics? And also can anyone help me find out the heartburn lyrics please cause I am really in need of this.?
