Heartburn Medication Hip

Q.well i am about 36 1/2 weeks pregnant. i am having a boy. he is very active. my belly is very big. everyone thinks i'm farther along than i am and that i will deliver early. i've only had a few braxton hicks contractions, and that was a few weeks ago. i'm lactating(sp?) more and more everyday. he's been head down since my 32 week ultrasound. my doctor said i haven't dropped yet. my discharge is increasing. i can breathe easier and my heartburn has decreased. my hips, butt, and legs get sore sometimes as if i have worked out and this is my first child. do you think i will have him late or early or are any of the symptoms i named signs of labor? i am miserable Can you find some other medication hip for my heartburn.Because heartburn makes my hips painful a lot.

A.If you can breathe easier and your heartburn is less odds are the baby has dropped. As far as signs of labor, you still have a ways to go. The increased discharge could be an early sign, but normally you have to wait for it to be blood tinged, that's what known as "bloody show" or yoru mucus plug. Walk a lot and have sex. Those two things will help naturally start the labor process, but keep in mind, with your first baby it typically takes a while to begin. I know it's tough and you feel miserable, but you may just have to give mother nature time to do things on her own. It sounds like you might have him soon, but those last days are soooo long if you are expecting it to happen TODAY. Try not to focus on the baby coming early in case it doesn't. Try to walk some if the doctor allows, but don't overdo it because you will need your strength when it comes time to deliver.
