Heartburn Natural Treatment

Q.i don't know whether i am pregnant or not i have no symptoms except for glowing skin, missed period? and heartburn and excessive salivation. i miscarried five years ago and later even when i went for fertility treatment nothing happened. i have a history of PCOS and uterine fibroids. now this missed period please can anyone help me i am scared of going to the gynec in case if the pregnancy test is negative please help me i also have had a laparoscopy for checking wether the tubes were blocked they weren't blocked and i had a couple of cysts over which my gynec has performed ovarian drilling but this was about a year ago. i was supposed to have started clomid but we were having marital problems and i couldn't take the fertlility treatment last year. now we have resolved. and reconciled and very much hoping for a bab Can anyone in the group help me please? A.Sad to say, this missed period could simply be because of PCOS. On the other hand, you _could_ be pregnant. You've missed a period. Have you ever missed periods before as a result of PCOS? If not, if your periods are usually regular, chances are even better that you're pregnant. The excessive salivation is also hopeful - it can come with early pregnancy, but as far as I know, it doesn't come with PCOS. So. For the sake of argument, let's assume you are pregnant. It may take a couple of more weeks before you know for sure, before there's enough HGH to register on a pregnancy test. In the meantime, if you haven't been taking a good multivitamin and a folic acid supplement, it's time to get on those for the health of the fetus. And if you drink or smoke, cut those out too. It's probably scary for you to get your hopes up because you've already been through a miscarriage and fertility treatment. But you know, it could still happen, especially if something has happened to lesson the severity of your PCOS. So hang in there, and in a week or so take a home pregnancy test. If you get a negative on that but are still seeing pregnancy-like symptoms, wait another week or two, take another test, then yes, go see your OB-Gyn.
