Q.How do i get rid of Chest and Neck pains? Like i was asking in my last question I was looking for a solution to chest pain and what might be causing it but now my neck hurts when i turn it try to swallow or burp.When i try to burp both my neck and chest shoot with pain like i can take deep breaths so i cant sneeze or burp like i said before so i would like some advice,someone said it was gas and others said it was heartburn but i want to hear your answer.
