Heartburn Pregnancy Sign

Q.well i have been tracking my ovulation days and all theres a high chance ive concieved and i am getting cramps in my lower abdomen and feeling dizzy in the mornings but my weird symptom is heartburn it wont seem to go away and it just started like 4 days ago, is this a sign of pregnancy?? Can anyone in the group help me please?

A.A pregnancy test would let you know for sure, or a missed period, OBVIOUSLY... BUt, Heartburn is def a sign, especially if you don't normally get heartburn at all. I had it bad my first 3 months, and it just came back in my last trimester. It can be but may not necessarily be. With my first child, I did experience heartburn but not until the end of second and during the third trimester. But every woman is different. I am pregnant now though (5 weeks) and have recently noticed some heartburn - I have been craving and eating very spicy food though heartburn is usually later in pregnancy but it could be a sign. i had it the WHOLE time. everyone is different as every pregnancy is different
