Heartburn Relief

Q.Does anyone else think it is as ironic as I do that when your pregnant, you dont get your period, but bleed from your nose and gums? that you are much more tired, but cant sleep? that you are gassy, but cant lay on your stomach for some relief? and that you crave strange things, but your heartburn is so bad you shouldnt eat them? This isnt so much a question, but some kinda "funny" things I have been thinking about. Any responses, or anything to add? can anyone in the group help me solve out this heartburn relief?

A.I am sorry to hear that you pregnancy is going so badly. I have heartburn and gas but I've got too many exciting things to think about to worry about them Highly ironic! And don't forget the wanting to eat lots of food towards the end, but can't eat buy a few bites because *someone* is squishing your stomach. All worth it in the end, though! To add to what another said with wanting to eat more but can't... I'm already at that stage - I eat SO much less now that I'm pregnant but still getting bigger and bigger! And to top it off by the end you are so uncomfortable (i.e. huge and uncoordinated) you actually look forward to labor (well at least I did)
