Heartburn Sign Of Pregnancy

Q.i ovulated last weeks but continued having white CM, for the past couple of days i had really really bad heartburn and headaches. Today i was getting something like period pains and now there is just a tiny bit of CM. My period is due next week. Also my breasts are really itchy but not tender I threw up in the morning 3 days ago aswell (in the morning) could these be early pregnancy signs??? any advice and opinions Can you give me some suggestions please?

Be patient. Sometimes people who want to conceive have false symptoms. Usually morning sickness does not pop up until you are 8-12 weeks along, and sore breasts can occur with your period.
