Heartburn Throat Pain

Q.I'm having severe pain in throat hurts to lay down and feels like something stuck in there can someone help? I've been feeling bad all day, I can't figure it out at first it feels like a bad case of heartburn, and now it seems to be getting stinging pain like when I swallow and it hurts in the middle of my back ? Could it pneumonia or something else? If anybody has ideas or has had this before I would really like to know ? Cause I can't get to a doctor right now. Maybe someone would have some kind of home remedy I could try?

A.without knowing much about you age, health, weight extra. We can go two ways. Heart attacks can feel like a bad case of heartburn. The pain can radiate to arms, jaws, back it can make you nauseous also. You could possibly have a hiateal (sp)hernia. This is a hole in the top of your stomach that then allows acid to back up into your esophagus. It then if goes untreated can cause ulcers on the lining of the esophagus. You could also have just a simple case of heartburn. Have you tried over the counter medication. Tagment or Zantac seem to work quickly also pepcid. What ever it is you still need to see a doctor. Even with just the heartburn that can lead into ulcers. Ulcers can rupture and you can bleed to death. so please do not take any of this lightly.
