Heartburn While Pregnant

Q.Im almost 21. Been on birth control pill for yr & half, changed twice. The last I was on for ~6 months, Dianette. I came off it after the usual 21 days on 2/21, got my withdrawal bleed, & decided not to go back on it (wanted 2 see if it was reason for my weight gain) Since last week I'v bn gettin slight cramping, like period cramps but no period.. I seem 2b goin to toilet more often & earlier today I found slight brown/pink stain on toilet tissue, not enough to stain my underwear. (sorry for graphic details!) Is this normal after coming off the pill? Or is it a sign that I could be pregnant? - implantation bleeding? I’v also been getting some heartburn. I no the symptoms are signs of pregnancy but I cudnt be gettin them this early cud I? Its prob all coincidental but I need some reassurance, or advice! I had unprotected sex on 3/15 and 3/26 with my boyf of 2yrs.He withdrew before he came (I no that doesnt work as birth control!) Can anyone in the group help me please?

A.You say you had unprotected sex on 3/15 and 3/26 it's only 3/29, so none of the above symptoms would be related to pregnancy in my opinion. You left out when you usually start your period, that might give us a better idea on if the timing is right. To me it sounds like period related symptoms but wait a couple weeks and see and test. Now if you had sex on 3/15, then i would wait another week and see what happens and then test. But it's still fairly early, you need to wait longer, those symptoms would not kick in right away. Just take a home pregnancy test. If it's negative, and still no period, try again in a week
