Herbal Cure For Acid Reflux

Q.How to cure acid reflux when medicines dont help.? i have been on every med. you could think of, had many tests done.doctors dont seem to now what to do and they dont seem to understand how bad it is.i have had this for about 9 years and i so tired of it . i have tried herbal but maybe not the right stuff. please if any one has any suggestions tell me please/ I still want to treat with natural cures only, not medical or physical treatment?

I have acid reflux as well as a hiatal hernia which causes the acid reflux to be worse than without it. I sometimes if its bad eat some extra strenth Tums sometimes I eat them all day long but not exceeding 15 a day. Avoid foods that are highly acidic like ones that contain tomato puree and eat slowly. Acid reflux meds usually don't work instantly so you have to stick with them for a while (at least a few weeks). You could try Gaviscon tabs or liquid for immediate relief. Acid reflux is miserable
