Herbal Remedy For Heartburn

Q.Does anyone have a natural remedy for acid reflux disease? I ask this simply due to the fact that I don't have the money for prilosec-otc or other otc's. My first doctor appointment (I just moved to area) is at the end of the week. Even if my doctor prescribes me meds, I may not be able to afford the co-pay due to a limited income That is the reason why I only want to take herbal remedy so can anyone in the group help me please?

Never lay down, immidiately after a meal, wait 15-20 mins for the nap. . Milk, sour milk are easy anta-acids available at home. If it's a heartburn type of thing, then you may consider taking isaptent husk which is a natural fibre maintaining better eating habits is required avoid alcohol, fatty stuff, etc do not lie down after meals exercise upto 20 mins/day will help elevate the headend of your bed by putting two bricks or wood blocks under your head-end of bed
