Homemade Heartburn Remedy

Q.Does anyone know any homemade heartburn remedies? I can't make it to the drugstore to get Zantac until tomorrow morning. I am having so many problems with heartburn. It is really getting me down. I just can't sleep or eat anything in the most healthy way. I don't want to go to the physical for any reason. I just want to stay at home and find some remedies to cure them all Can anyone here help me find out some/

Otherwise, eat lots of fresh sprouts! mints usualy help, you kno the candy? the chalky kind, im in the UK, the ones im refering to are called Trebor extra strong mints, they are kinda like a chalky texture, sucking on one of those helps get rid of my heartburn It's something that is normally in everyone's cupboard....baking soda. Just 1/4 tsp in a small juice glass of water. Drink it and heartburn is gone. It's a remedy of many, many years of women who were pregnant, and I still do it now and then when needed. Also....eating some yogurt helps me. Especially this new Activia by Danon. I eat one every night before going to bed and I no longer take my Protonix which I was on for over 6 year
