Homemade Remedies For Heartburn

Q.Do you know of a great heartburn remedy? I am trying to find out a suitable heartburn homemade remedy.I am finding it harder and harder to get to sleep and eat anything that I can, Also, the worst thing is that I am pregnant, and this is the most important one. I am afraid that this can leave some bad results on my children later. So can anyone here point out some homemade remedies for heartburn for me to treat please?

A.Take green coconut water - its excellent for this problem. Take pomegranate juice regularly. Take cold milk in small quantities. Avoid acidic food like tomatos, chillies, vinegar, tea, coffee, etc. Dont remain awake for long hours in night.Vanilla bean icecream. It has little flecks of natural vanilla beans in it. It tastes great. You don't have to pig out on it either. I learned this when I was pregnant, and still use it to this day. I also heard a tsp mustard. Mustard gives me heartburn and I'd rather eat ice cream. A small amount of baking powder. About 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water. See directions on box. You are not alone when it comes to heartburn. The best thing that works is Pepcid AC but there are others for instance, Zantac 75 and Tagament HB. It's good to take the pill before meal. Drink a glass of milk. It helps neutralize the acidity of the stomach.
