Is Heartburn An Early Sign Of Pregnancy

Q.Has anyone experienced abdominal cramping as an early sign of pregnancy? If I am pregnant, I could only be 1 1/2 weeks along. I feel crampy, bloated, have heartburn often, and am very tired. I am having the most difficult time in my life, suffering from sleeplessness and can't eat well. I want to get rid of this as soon as possible. So can anyone in the group help me please?

A.I was due to have my cycle start on Monday (1-13), and I was "crampy" since Sunday. I figured I was going to get my period again this month (we've been sorta trying for a few months). When it didn't come, but the cramps stayed, I figured it would come anytime. These cramps are a bit different than my usual, so I hadn't lost all hope. Three more days of no period, a general feeling of fatigue and abdominal "blah-ness" feeling, and one Fact Plus test later - I'm pretty sure I am pregnant. The reason I only say *pretty* sure is I;ve been thru this routine a few months ago. After four days, I broke down and did a test. It showed a faint line (different brand test), so I assumed I was pregnant. The next day, I started to bleed. I have been told also, that cramps can be a sign. Your round ligaments may be stretching and your uterus may already be going thru some early stages of change for pregnancy. You might want to wait a good week after you would be "late" and do the test
