Lower Back Pain Heartburn

Q.I have moderate back pain 100% of the time. I'm not interested in drugging myself or having back surgery. I have noticed that as my weight decreases, the pain has also (but not enough). I'm wondering if anyone could suggest an exercise that I can incorporate into my routine that would be helpful. The pain is very targeted in one area, right between my shoulder blades. so can anyone in the group help me please?

A.Because I had a gallstone lodged in the duct leading out of the gallbladder I had severe pain between my shoulder blades almost 24/7 and wicked heartburn that would not go away. Later on I was told by the secretary of the surgeon who removed my gallbladder that gallstones can cause pain in the arms as well as in the upper body. I was surprised to know that and she said she was as well when she was told that by the surgeon. I get lower back pain shortly before I need to make a bowel movement or around the time of my TOM. I'm sure if you look up symptoms of gallstones you would find a few things even I do not know about it. Some ppl can probably have them and not even know it.
