Natural Cure For Acid Reflux Disease

Q.Do you know some home natural cure against "Acid Reflux" (or "Heart-Burn")? My mother was suddenly afflicted by acid reflux 4 days ago. Now, she gets it every night before sleeping. That's why I'm looking for some natural cures. If you people know of any, could you share some? So can anyone in the group help me please?

A.Papaya extract- from most any store that sells supplements- it's all natural, tastes nice and helps a LOT. It is water soluble so you can't over do it. Ginger Ale, baking soda & water is also good- If you can get her to a doctor- I recommend Nexium. Mine got so bad I couldn't swallow- Nexium saved my life. Also, try sleeping propped up- the lower she lays, the worse it get APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ! take 1-2 tablespoons. Your stomach will feel a little upset the moments after you drink it. (esp if its your first time!) follow with a little milk or juice. It taste horrible but its health benefits are imeasureable. Its helps burn fat, break down food in your stomach, headaches....and so on. look it up on google. * the natural things that usaully taste gross are usually the best for you * remember that.....
