Natural Heartburn Relief

Q.Anybody having reflux, heartburn problems? I probably used to go through 2-3 bottles of Maalox a week as a result of all the problems meds caused my stomach After trying 100 things, zantac etc, my doc prescribed drug called prilosec. this is the only drug I think I've ever taken that I would actually call a miracle drug. If you're having heartburn trouble, can you help me solve out this problem finding out more natural heartburn relief? please?

A.I don't know if cayenne (red) pepper will cause problems with FMS .My wife has it. I do know however that it will cure heartburn almost permanently. Get some empty gelatin capsules from the drugstore and fill them with cayenne pepper. MAKE SURE YOU WIPE OFF ALL PEPPER FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAPSULES!!!!! Take 6 in the morning and 6 at night for 2 days, 4 in the morning and 4 at night for 2 days, 2 in the morning and 2 at night for 2 days, 1 in the morning and 1 at night for the 7th day. If you feel a warm feeling in your stomache drink 1/2 glass of water but most people don't notice anything after taking them. This treatment also cured a friend of my father's bleeding ulcer. I used to go through at least one bottle of Tums each month. I tried the treatment and have gone 2 years only using them once or twice.
