Natural Remedies For Heartburn

Q.I've had heartburn all the way through this pregnancy, but right now I could breathe fire, and now, just this week the morning sickness has returned with avengence...has anyone got any bright ideas how to deal with this, before I go quite mad? Heartburn remedies aren't touching it, and I've tried proping myself up in bed, eating smaller, bland meals, etc etc all the things I can think of but it's still there! I'm just willing this baby to come early now!!! So can anyone in the group help me please? or just only share your experience with me?

A.I am due next month and I really think I have dropped, BUT...there is that damned heartburn and morning sickness rearing it's ugly head at my house. The OB tells me it's cuz my hormones are really high and this is a normal part of being this preggo. The email list I am on also confirms this..the other moms experienced this phenomenon. Hopefully it means we'll be done soon. Another perk of this "lovely" condition is swelling. My feet resemble tankers. It's terrible..no matter what I do..or how much time I spend off my feet..they never really shrink back down. It takes about 1/2 hour for them to really swell after I get up..at the end of the day it's ridiculous. Try to eat bland in the morning.
