Nausea Heartburn

Q.What foods are good for someone who is 3 months preg. to eat- I have heartburn & nausea? I need to get some easy, wholesome recipes to try out. I am 3 months pregnant, and have horrible heartburn and nausea. My fiancee is allergic to chicken, and an enzyme in leafy green vegetables (weird, I know)... so I really need something healthy, not green, not chicken (or something I can add chicken on the side), and suitable for my 4 year old son. Any foods specifically suitable for pregnant ladies would be great, or any websites. Can anyone help me please/
