Nausia Heartburn Indigestion

Q.I have abdominal pain,nausia,gases,some times heartburn,doctor said no physical problem what is my problem? I feel this symptoms many times aday ,some days i don't feel these symptoms,they are not related to special type of food So can anyone in the group help me please?

A.It sounds like you need a colon cleanse. When your bowels are clogged up, you start to have these symptoms because you are backed up and your system is not working as it should. Buy something to cleanse your colon from a health food store or eat lots of fruits with skin on i.e. plums, grapes, apples, prunes, etc. See another doctor for a second opinion because you obviously have a problem and should be getting tests to find out what it is. The fact the doctor said you don't have a problem means he does not want to bother. All the symptoms are due to excessive gas in Ur bowels, and the classical cause of bowel gas are.. Hurry, Worry and Curry... Must have some tension or anxiety. Take some mild anti gas and anti anxiety medications like Ranitidine Domperidon combination and Fluoxetine, and try to be happy and also, try to get rid of your Hurry worry and curry.
