Nighttime Heartburn

Q.Do you know how to get rid of night time heartburn? I am suffering the most difficult in life through this I am going to have a baby soon So can anyone in the group help me please?

A.first you must avoid eating at dinner spicy food ( pepper, chili, ketchup,chips) , drinkings (like coffee, green or black tee, cola,alcohol) or products based on cacao. before going to sleep you may drink a glass of milk (it will calm down you stomach). if this things wouldn't help you, you must see a doctor. he will take some test and then will prescribe some pills ( like omeprasol, famotidinum) to control your gastric acidity (witch gives you the pain) boil a peppermint and about 2 cups of water let the peppermint fully dissolve and then place in freezer until cool enough to drink and it will help this also helps calm a baby down that has colic and is fighting their sleep
