Pain with heartburn

Q.I am in my 18th week of pregnancy and seeking ideas for back pain and heartburn? I have had acid reflux for years, and most heartburn medications do not work. Diet is my only control over heartburn (milk makes it worse). As for the back pain, I cannot afford a heating pad. I need to find something that will help with the back and neck pain!!! Can anyone in the group help me please?
