Pregnant And Heartburn

Q.I just found out I'm pregnant...and my pregnant friend says she has heartburn all the time. Well I haven't had heartburn yet......do all pregnant women get heartburn? what ca nI do now? can anyone in the group help me please?

A.Not all woman have the same symptoms while pregnant. I did have heart burn all the time when I was pregnant(and my daughter was born bald). My sister on the other hand is pregnant with her 5th and hasnt had heartburn with any of hers. heart burn is not caused by a full head of hair, I had terrible heart burn and a bald baby. I started to get heart burn around the fourth or fifth month. not all pregnant women gets heartburn but alot of pregnant women do and it is perfectly normal i have it most of the day if not all the time, try to avoid spicy foods, greasy food and i find apple juice is the worse.
