Reduce Acid Reflux

Q.Food/Vegetable/Fruits which reduce cholestrol levels and/or eliminate back pain in the body? Hey um I have occasion heartburn (nothing serious) and suffer from occasional back pain(its cuz i play video games too much )-(again,nothing serious) and I want to get rid of it the natural way..so i was wondering what food/vegetables/fruits are good for the heart and reduce chances of heart attack and all that...also which reduce cholestrol levels in the body and eliminate/reduce chances of heart burn. Also tell me about those foods which are very healthy for the joints/back and reduce/elimitate back pain /joint pain in the body . so can anyone in the group help me please?

A.Well, almost any fruit or vegetable is good for the heart, except starchy ones like potatoes and corn. As for reducing cholesterol, that's usually whole grains like oatmeal, Cheerios, etc. For joint and back pain, some people swear by red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, etc. But that's really more properly addressed by improving your posture or losing weight. HEARTBURN- At the first sign of heartburn, drink a large glass of water.Change your earing habits. Eat more raw vegetables. Eat fresh papaya and pineapple to aid digestion. REDUCE CHOLESTROL- Eat a diet consisting mainly of fresh vegetables and fruits, plus brown rice, raw seeds and nuts, turkey, white fish, and whole grains.
