Reduce Heartburn

Q.I am surviving the most difficult time in my life What is the best way to reduce heartburn, and what cause heartburn? I'm 30, not smoking, drink very little, and took lots of diff. med. but still no help! People said bcuz' stress. so can anyone in the group help me please?

A.Check your Diet habit. Increase intake of fibres. Have light meals. No spice, oily chips etc and non veg. Do some workout and yoga. Must take Satesabgole husk as natural fiber intake. Even if it burns, get some cold milk, it will definetly work. You know, did you realize that heartburn and "acid reflux" is actually a sign that your body isn't producing *enough* acid, not that it creates too much. That it's because your stomach is in hyper mode to try and get more - then when you take the meds and antacids etc, it neutralizes ALL of the acid, temporarily solving the problem, yet creating MORE of a problem since your stomach now has to work in hyper HYPER mode to get back the acid you need. Take a teaspoon on vinegar ..sounds gross but it works
