Remedy For Heartburn

Q.I Need Natural Heartburn remedy to help me suffer from my illness. I am tired of having so many problems with this I have heartburn and no heartburn medications with me. Besides baking soda, is there anything else around the house that would help this heartburn? so can anyone in the group help me find out the remedy for heartburn please?

A.I think that you should do these things Hal-an hour before meals, eat a mixture of half teaspoonful of cumin seed powder + half teaspoon of sugar. . After meals, chew 2 to 3 cloves or balck pepper. . Avoid constipation. . Drink 2 to 3 cups of green juice. . When you feel uneasy due to too much acidity, burning sensation, do as under : Chew 2 to 3 pieces of balck pepper with a pinch of sugar. Drink 3 to 4 table spoonful of cooled milk, every 15/20 minutes. If soda is available, add 3 to 4 tablespoonfuls of it to this cooled milk and drink it every 15/25 minutes till burning sensation is stops.
