Severe Heartburn Relief

Q.im 28 yrs old,male,256 pounds.I have been having chest pains and extreme heartburn for 3 years now.I have been through cardiac stress test and dye test a year ago.I have had ekgs.one last week.I have had gaul bladder exam, last year and a espohigus exam.None of these proved anything.I did notice I get them when under alot off stress or when I eat high acid foods and fatty foods.I am on blood pressure medicine because i am borderline.all blood test are good.It really isnt a pain, moe like a heavy feeling on my chest that last about an hour.I get small pains in my right arm and on my side.only last a few seconds.I also get light headed.I thought maybe its a panic attack or anxiety but im taking zoloft and its not doing anything?I am still seeing a doctor who thinks its muscle spasoms.Im not sure because after all of this when i drink water or something cold It feels raw.Any solutions? can anyone suggest me how to relieve this problem?

A.I don't mean to be disrespectful or uncaring, but has anyone addressed issues of psychosomatic illness with you? Could it be psychologically related to your issues of anxiety? Panic often causes symptoms similar to cardiac arrest as you note. Perhaps there's an issue with hypocondriasis? You're young. Unless you've got some heart related disease, I would listen to your doctor (who appears to have administered a variety of heart-related tests and appears to think that you're okay). I know sometimes doctors miss important diseases, and perhaps there is something serious in your condition, but you've had many tests, none of which reveal anything. Sometimes the body just does strange things. Get a second (rhird or fourth) opinion if you truly feel something is wrong, but at some point you'll have to trust medical science if all doctors and tests reveal nothing serious.
