Vinegar Cure For Acid Reflux

Q.I was wondering if there are any foods or drinks that can help my GERD? I've had it for a few years, was on meds for it (Nexium and then Prilosec) but went off because I could no longer afford them. The problem did seem to get better because both purlpe pills helped heal my stomach over time from being on them. Lately it's been getting worse, I'm popping 1-2 Zantac 75 every single day and they only help for an hour. So until I go back on Prilosec...Are there any foods or drinks to help? I've tried changing my diet, but that doesn't work, neither does eating a piece of bread with a little water or plain crackers. I've also heard about drinking a little apple cidar vinegar, but I don't know if I'd like the taste. (I have been diagnosed with it so I know it's nothing else, I have seen specialists for it as well. I'm just waiting to have a little more cash to be able to afford a prescription or Prilosec OTC.) so can anyone in the group help me please?

A.Have you been tested for helicobacter pylori? That could be your problem I read recently that h. pylori can be cured by eating lots of broccoli for a couple weeks. This sounds ridiculous, but I read it in a magazine at my doctor's office. I have h. pylori, but it is asymptomatic, and I hate broccoli anyway. To help ease the symptoms and start the healing process a colon cleanse is needed (also a liver cleanse). You must remove the toxins out of the body including all the drugs your doing. The blood is toxic and you need to learn about juice fasting and using herbs to clean your system. I cannot stress that enough. Please educate yourself on cleansing
