Vinegar Cure Heartburn

Q.What is the recommended daily dosage of vinegar, should I take it straight or w/water? I currently take it straight (two tablespoons) when I suffer from heartburn, two to three times a week. I hear there are more health benefits. so can anyone here help me please? Does this belong to the problem of vinegar cure heartburn?

A.there are health benefits but like with all natural remedies you have to treat them as if they are medicines....you shouldn't take the vinegar straight.... here is a formula that helps enhance the effects of vinegar but cuts down on the bad side affects. vinegar is a very acidic and can cause some burning of the delicate tissue of the throat and also has been known to cause problems with making the teeth sensitive as the harsh acid affects the enamel. here's the way you should take it....: 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar or splenda 1 - 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon mix all in 10 ounces of water take 2 - 3 times a day. also i have read that some ppl will double this and just sip on it all day. its best if its cold though. **you can also add one tablespoon of baking soda to the mix to cut down on the acid but it doesn't affect the good of the vinegar.
