Vitamins Cause Acid Reflux

Q.I'm asking again because I havent gotten a good answer yet.? Weird pregnancy symptoms, wasn't trying this month.? I have been having leg cramps, which I haven't had since the second trimester of my last pregnancy. I also got a nosebleed, and I have only had about 2 of those my entire life. I have cramps on the left side of my lower abdomen, heartburn and fatigue, and my nipples are the slightest bit of sore. I did increase my folic acid intake because of a vitamin Ive been taking. I dont know what to think. Did anyone else have these symptoms before? No, Im not asking you IF I am pregnant, I'll take a test. Just want to know if this is normal. Im not due for my period until the 26th. Also runny nose, thick white discharge, and today while I was going to the bathroom, I got cramps so bad It almost brought me to tears So can anyone in the group help me please? Do vitamins cause this?
