A.A pregnancy test would let you know for sure, or a missed period, OBVIOUSLY... BUt, Heartburn is def a sign, especially if you don't normally get heartburn at all. I had it bad my first 3 months, and it just came back in my last trimester. It can be but may not necessarily be. With my first child, I did experience heartburn but not until the end of second and during the third trimester. But every woman is different.
